Custom Orthotic Devices
Custom Orthotic Devices, also known as inserts, are custom molded to your foot by a podiatrist. Orthotics are placed into the patient's shoes and have a variety of functions, like the ability to correct any foot misalignment and maintain the proper foot position during walking or standing. These devices can be flexible or rigid depending on the foot problem and device type that is needed for to correct the condition.
Custom Orthotic Devices are used to treat conditions of the foot that include plantar fasciitis, achilles tendonitis, heel spur syndrome, metatarsalgia, bunions, and are important protection devices for diabetics or anyone who suffers from painful calluses located on the bottom of the foot.
